We certify that All ILC's lamps are guaranteed to test correctly at the stated watts, lumens, volts, and amps, subject to tolerances prescribed by the United States Government and Bureau of Standards.

We certify that ILC incandescent lamps have guaranteed life ranges from 5,000 – 10,000 hours or up to 18 months depending on the types of lamp and service for which they are designed (5,000 hours = 12 months / 10,000 hours = 18 months) Guarantee

We certify that our fluorescent lamps have a guaranteed life from 24,000 – 34,000 hours
or up to 42 months depending on the types of lamp and service for which they are designed (24,000 hours = 24 months / 34,000 hours = 42 months) Guarantee

ILC Compact Fluorescents:
(5,000 hours = 12 months, 10,000 / 15,000 / 20,000 hours = 18 months) Guarantee

We certify that all HID lamps are guaranteed 24,000 hours for a period of 24 months.

We certify that all quartz halogen lamps are guaranteed for a period of 12 months.

Warranties on all ILC products are the stated time period (months/years) and/or the hours stated on lamps, whichever comes first.

Should payment terms of contract not be made, ILC shall not be held liable for enforcement of the above guarantee.

Shipments may not be returned without prior approval of ILC. Authorized returns are subject to a minimum 25% restocking fee.

ILC reserves the right to request burned out products be returned. Burned out products may not be returned for credit, but are subject to a one time replacement.
